Carlheim Manor is Northern Virginia’s only REAL Haunted House. Brand NEW this year the first three levels of the haunted manor has turned into Camp Carlheim, a horrifying and haunted camp. Encounter new characters, including creepy campers and frightening camp counselors, as you unravel the dark and mysterious past of Carlheim Manor. The haunt also includes Carnival of Souls, the basement of Carlheim Manor, an attraction full of creepy clowns and carnival carnage. Our haunted attractions are not for the faint of heart, this annual event is PG-13 Scary Fun. Our two attractions features more than 100 cast and crew to create the ultimate haunted house experience. Each self-guided tour of the haunted CARLHEIM MANOR takes approximately 20 – 25 minutes and CARNIVAL OF SOULS takes 10 – 15 minutes. To get the best experience, we typically let groups of 4 to 8 go through at a time.
